1. Purpose

This policy ensures:

  • A clear mechanism for users to submit complaints or takedown requests
  • Timely and fair resolution of genuine concerns

2. What You Can Report

You may raise a grievance related to:

  • Factual inaccuracies in news articles
  • Defamatory or offensive content
  • Copyright infringement
  • Violation of privacy or dignity
  • Misuse of personal data
  • Any content violating legal or ethical standards

3. How to Submit a Grievance

Please email your grievance to:

  • Supporting evidence or documents (if any)
  • A declaration that the information is true and correct to the best of your knowledge

4. Review & Response Time

We aim to:

  • Acknowledge your grievance within 48 hours
  • Review and respond within 15 days of receiving complete details

If the grievance is found valid, we will take appropriate action, which may include content correction, removal, or internal review.

5. Grievance Officer

At present, Khabar Sange Sange does not have a formally appointed Grievance Officer. Until such appointment, all grievances may be directed to:
